Meet Ana Sophia

Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Ana carries within her not just a love for her island, but also her determination to create a bridge with the unknown.
Her work is raw, passionate, and vibrant. She graduated from Fordham University with a B.A. in Theatre and a concentration in Performance.
She is currently a freelance producer and actress based in New York City and Puerto Rico. Ana made her Off-Broadway debut at El Repertorio Español. Most recently, she wrote, produced, and performed in her debut solo show, Puerto Rico es una Cama Twin, which sold out a three-day run at IRT Theater in NYC, a two-day run at Punto Fijo Santurce in Puerto Rico, and two performances at United Solo at Theater Row in NYC as well. It was recently honored at the United Solo Festival, winning Best Production and Best Direction.
She is a proud alum of LAByrinth Theater Company’s Intensive Ensemble and INTAR’s Unit 52.
Ana’s work explores a variety of layers within human emotion.

She has been a part of numerous independent short films. Ana loves to write! Through her dedication and curiosity, Ana hopes to create meaningful connections with her audiences and leave them inspired.
